100th Day of School

Today we celebrated the 100th Day of School!  We had lots of fun creating 100 day hats, transforming ourselves into 100 year olds, playing games with 100, counting to 100, and eating a 100 day snack!  Check out a few pictures from our day!

Jaguar

The students completed their jaguar research and construction this week!  The students discussed and created a construction plan and signed up for jobs.  The jobs included:  creating the body, painting spots, making a head, legs, and tail.  The students also documented their learning through a jaguar web!  Check out our finished project!

Students in charge of the head paper mached a ballon.  They also used items around the room to create more facial structure and then paper mached again!
