Nonfiction Research and Fish

This week the students have been working on researching a topic of their choice!  We reviewed and used the comprehension skills and strategies that we've been working on this year to complete our research by recording our learning, transferring it to an informational poster, and sharing with the class!  Our topics included ocean animals, land animals, pollution, habitats, Jesse Owens, Albert Einstein, and crafting.

We are learning about fish!  This week we learned about the parts of a fish, clownfish and their relationship with the anemone, and observed our goldfish and guppies.  We also added clownfish to our coral reef!
